confidence on the course
The golfer you want to be is already inside you!
You don’t need to be perfect – just ready to learn.
// The thing is...
The kind of golf you want to play isn't reserved for women who have it all figured out.
//
It's for you, right now, exactly as you are.
Ā Why Confidence Matters More than Skill
Golf isn’t just about technique – it’s about how you feel while you learn.Ā When you build confidence you’ll:
- Do new things without fear of failure
- Attempt new skills without worrying about mistakes
- Stay calmer when things don't go as planned
- Learn faster by keeping your nervous system relaxed
- Enjoy yourself instead of constantly second-guessing
- Have fun on the course over constantly judging yourself
// your mind is your the most powerful tool you have
What really shapes your game isn't just your swing -
it's your subconscious beliefs.
Your mind is like a computer:
Old programs and “apps” (like self-doubt or fear of judgement) can ruin the show unless you intentionally update them.
If youāve ever caught yourself thinking:
šø āIām not good enough yet.ā
šø āIāve never been properly taught.ā
šø āMaybe Iām just not cut out for this…ā
You’re not aloneāand you’re not wrong for feeling that way.
Here is how we change that…
Enter Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a simple, calming technique that combines gentle tapping on energy points with focused intention.
It helps release emotional blocks like:
š£ Performance anxiety
š Self-consciousness
𤯠Overthinking and perfectionism
You donāt need to āfixā yourself. You just need a tool to gently let go of whatās holding you backāso you can play with more ease and enjoyment.

// about me
Welcome!
I'm 'SL' (Sindee Lee) Gillespie
Iāve always had a spark for possibilityāand a passion for people living their best life. My first taste of entrepreneurial success came as a young girl selling lemonade beside the Tourist Information booth on the main highway running through my rural hometown. By day two, I was offering homemade lemonade, a bowl of sugar for those who liked it extra sweet, and a selection of baked goods. Even then, I wasnāt just selling drinksāI was creating an experience. Business building has always been part of who I am.
However, it wasnāt until I discovered the world of personal growth through The Psychology of Achievement that something even deeper ignited in me.Ā It turned into a lifelong pursuit of understanding what makes people thrive. For over 30 years, Iāve been an avid student of peak performanceātaking what Iāve learned from countless courses, books, and experiences and turning it into meaningful, transformational work.
Whether it was helping golfers master the mental side of their game or leading successful ventures in the industrial and offshore oil and gas industries, Iāve always been guided by one question:
Why do some people move forward while others seem to stand at the starting line?
The answer, I discovered, lies in our beliefs. What we think is possible for ourselves shapes everything we do. That insight became even more powerful after a near-fatal car accident in 1994 changed my life. The brain injury I sustained opened up a whole new layer of learningādeepening my fascination with the mind-body connection, neuroplasticity, and emotional healing.
From that point on I immersed myself even further in a wide range of healing and transformational modalities, earning certifications (including an Advanced Practitioner of EFT) and experience not just in theory, and yet in real-world practice. What drives me today is showing people how to believe in their own brilliance; how to tap into the best of who they areāand to let go of what no longer serves them so they can succeedāin every area of their lives.
Since 2001, Iāve been actively assisting people with changing what they believe they can be, have and do.
